Only 5 mins drive away from the Phillip Island Circuit and next door to a Shuttle Moto G.P. Bus Stop is ideally located to be your base for any circuit action or attraction events. We have 15 acres of space and loads of parking for vehicles, cars, bikes and trailers.

The outdoor kitchen and gathering area is perfect for catching up after the event and sharing conversation, enjoying a drink with friends or a group dinner.

There is also a pizza oven and fire pit to use and wood to purchase on site or just bring your own and enjoy the camp-fire experience.

Safe, Secure and Private

Ripples and Tonic Farm is a safe and secure environment for all to experience. During the evening the driveway is well lit and the gardens and paths also luminate with festoon lights to ensure an ambient atmosphere and easy walking back to your cottage after an evening stroll.

The property is secure with a keycode front gate for entry and keyless access to the individual cottages, so everyone in the group can come and go as they please.

Ripples n Tonic Farm provides a psychologically safe and physically safe environment for all to enjoy. Some groups / families may wish to book out the farm and all of the accommodation for their own exclusive use.

While those who just book one or two farm cottages still have the peace of mind that there are only seven cottages on the property and they are all spatially separated enough to provide privacy from other farm stay guests.

There are a variety private relaxation spaces that guests can enjoy among nature, pastures and farm animals, if you want to maintain your complete private space.
